GRANDI-AI Terms of Service
1. Service description
Welcome to GRANDI-AI, operated by Beijing Zhimou Super-Resolution Technology Center (individual business operator). By registering, logging in, accessing, or continuing to use GRANDI-AI, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the rules published on the platform. GRANDI-AI provides AI image generation, editing, enhancement, restoration, and related supporting services.
Artificial-intelligence technology is probabilistic, uncertain, and limited. Outputs may contain errors, bias, omissions, similarities, distortions, or results that do not meet expectations. The platform does not make an absolute warranty regarding authenticity, accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Rights in and authorization of input content
You retain your existing rights in uploaded materials, reference images, prompts, text, and other input content to which you lawfully hold rights. You represent that you have lawful rights or the necessary authorization for content you upload, enter, edit, publish, or process. You must not submit content you are not entitled to process, including unauthorized personal information or confidential information such as trade secrets.
Assess the risks before uploading unpublished designs, client project files, or other highly sensitive business materials. If you choose to upload them, you confirm that you have obtained the required authorization and accept the corresponding risk.
You grant GRANDI-AI a non-exclusive, limited license to use input content only as necessary to process tasks, store and display history, diagnose faults, perform security audits, meet retention obligations, and provide customer support.
3. Rights in output content
GRANDI-AI does not claim copyright ownership of user output. Copyright in an uploaded original remains with you or its original rights holder. Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and the rights of others, you may use content generated or processed through the platform. Whether an output qualifies for copyright protection and the scope of any rights depend on your creative contribution, the rights status of source materials, originality, and applicable law. Tasks using a third-party API model are also subject to that provider’s rules. The platform does not promise that a user automatically owns complete copyright in every output.
4. Lawful use, intellectual property, and confidentiality
- You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, misinformation, impersonation, abusive automation, system attacks, or conduct that harms the platform, other users, or third parties.
- You must not upload or process unauthorized faces, voices, likenesses, trademarks, works, trade secrets, client data, contracts, medical records, financial information, or other highly sensitive material.
- If a third party asserts a claim concerning content you upload, enter, generate, publish, or use, you are responsible for handling that claim and bearing responsibility under applicable law. You are also responsible under applicable law for losses caused to the platform or relevant parties.
5. Third-party API models
For these Terms, third-party API models include the NanoBanana series and GPT-Image2. When you actively choose one of these models, required materials, instructions, and data are transmitted to the corresponding provider and are governed by that provider’s rules. The platform cannot provide an absolute guarantee for data security, stability, output quality, availability, compliance, or intellectual-property risks within a third-party processing path.
6. Service changes, suspension, interruption, and termination
GRANDI-AI may adjust, limit, suspend, interrupt, or terminate some or all services because of maintenance, upgrades, network faults, third-party service failures, changes in law or regulation, regulatory requirements, or operational needs. Where appropriate, we will provide notice through announcements, in-product messages, or another reasonable method.
If you engage in unlawful conduct, infringement, malicious abuse, system attacks, abnormal bulk calls, or conduct harming the platform, users, or third parties, the platform may issue warnings, restrict functionality, suspend service, remove relevant content, freeze or close accounts, or terminate service, and may retain relevant records. Suspected crimes may be reported to and investigated with the competent authorities as required by law.
7. AI labels, deletion, and security incidents
To meet legal, regulatory, or governance requirements, GRANDI-AI may add visible or invisible labels, watermarks, source notices, or other compliance markings to generated or edited content. You must not maliciously remove, alter, obscure, forge, or conceal those markings.
You may delete historical task cards using platform features. When a deleted card’s images are no longer referenced by another task, we will clean them up within 24 hours. Images still referenced by other tasks enter cleanup after those references end. Complete deletion of related data may reasonably be delayed by caching, backups, log retention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or third-party processing paths.
If a personal-information leak, alteration, loss, or similar security event occurs or may occur, the platform will take remedial action and notify authorities and users as required by law.
8. Minors
GRANDI-AI is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18, you should read, understand, and use the service only under the supervision and guidance of a guardian and with the guardian’s consent.
If we discover that a minor is using the service or providing personal information without guardian consent, we may restrict functionality, suspend service, and, after verification, delete or anonymize relevant information.
